We issue refunds for digital products within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. SSLGURU includes a 30 day refund guarantee on GeoTrust®, Symantec™, Thawte®, RapidSSL® Comodo®, Digicert®, Domeny® , SwissSign®, Certum® and Network Solution® SSL Certificate products. Within 30 calendar days of the purchase the customer can request to cancel an order and SSLGURU will refund or issue a store credit for the order. The refund/cancellation request must be made via support ticket or from within the customer or partner panel. All refund/cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial order date.
We issue refunds for digital products only under the following conditions:
- Product not delivered (if you haven't received the delivery confirmation email from the certificate authority).
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products. To get a refund or store credit, the account holder must specify and file a billing ticket from within the support tab. A fee of 3.5% of the total amount will be assessed to a refund if the original purchase is made using an American Express account. For customers that use a Visa, MasterCard or Discover account a fee of 3% will be assessed to the refund. All other forms of payment (PayPal, Bitcoin, Check, Cash or Money Order) refunds will not incur a fee. Processing a refund typically takes 48-72 hours but a store credit can be processed very quickly.
We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party software. We do not issue refunds if our products are incompatible with any third-party software, except for those that are specified on the page of each product.
